The overall average rate change for Colorado Tonik members will range from a decrease of 8.4 percent to an increase of 26.7 percent. These rate changes are based on the plan the member is enrolled in (Thrill Seeker, Part-time Daredevil or Calculated Risk Taker) and the member’s age, gender and physical address. Also, please note that Colorado Tonik plans now have four rating areas, which are the same as the rating areas recently announced for our other individual products.
