We’ve been trying to figure out a convenient way to help people with the online application process for the various health insurance companies in Colorado that they can use at any hour. Our clients can call or email us with questions, but sometimes they just want to see a tutorial that they can just reference on the spot at 11pm. So far, we’ve come up with online application video tutorials for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Colorado, Aetna, and Tonik. But Google video seems to be hacking them to a blurry mess, so we’ll keep looking into ways to make them clear first. As we add more video tutorials, we’ll be adding them to our application page.
