		<description>I&#039;ve heard of this happening in Oregon when one of the major hospitals in Bend, OR discharged LifeWise as an accepted provider.  As the only hospital in the area, they had a lot of leverage.  I&#039;m guessing that the case is similar here, i.e., this is because Longmont United Hospital is dissatisfied with Kaiser&#039;s rate of reimbusement for health services?</description>
