I have difficulty with health care advocates who fight for preventive coverage, saying that if it is not covered, people will not get tested.
Of course, having this type of coverage, if many people use it, the premiums will simply go up accordingly.
If people are unable to afford preventive care, which is an irregular expewnse, how can they afford the premiums, which are regular expenses?
