- Prenegotiated fees at participating physician offices, hospitals & pharmacies
- Preferred rating class for qualifying applicants

Celtic Short Term Medical Insurance
Celtic Short Term in Colorado is a solid, temporary health care plan. You can apply for the single-term, nonrenewable policy for one to six months of coverage at a deductible level that best suits your budget.
Replacing Current Coverage
If you currently have a health insurance policy in place and plan on replacing it with a Celtic policy, download and print out this replacement form, fill it out, and fax or mail it to us (the information is listed below). Celtic doesn't include this form with their applications, so getting it in with the application will speed up the underwriting process.
